New course trains wine experts (CBC Manitoba)
If the waiters in your favourite restaurants seem much more knowledgeable about the wine you’re drinking, they might be graduates of a new program in the city. Servers in several Winnipeg restaurants have enrolled in an intense, six-month course to become a sommelier, or certified wine expert.
