Like a good bottle of wine, Martha Uhlhorn’s taste and appreciation for cabernets and syrahs has improved with age. Today she is the proud owner of a 3,000-bottle collection in her custom-built wine cellar. But her interest has come a long way from the introduction she received from her parents years ago.
